Understanding the Discount Structure
The tier pricing percentage discounts off MAP (Retail price) for SONAX items only. FLEX and Rupes items etc. are not discounted at 44%, 48%, or 53% off MAP - the price for those items is the same for all three tiers.

Tier 1: Retail Pricing
This is the standard price available to all customers. It is the baseline from which all other tier discounts are calculated. You do not need an account to purchase at this level, making it ideal for individual users or those testing our product line for the first time.
Tier 2: Standard Wholesale Discount (44% Off Retail)
This is our entry point into professional wholesale pricing. To access this tier, you typically need an approved wholesale account and your cumulative subtotal reaches $2500. You immediately receive a significant 44% discount off the retail price on all your orders, regardless of the order size. This is the foundation for regular professional users.
Tier 3: Volume Discount 1 (48% Off Retail)
When your cumulative subtotal reaches $4,167, your account is automatically upgraded to Tier 3.

Note: The subtotal thresholds ($2500, $4,167 and $10,990) are based on the net cost of products (before taxes and shipping) after your Tier 2/3 discount has been applied. Once a tier is unlocked, you retain that discount level for all future purchases, ensuring you always benefit from your volume commitment.
