Vision Investments actively supports the advertising and promotion of its products by its Dealers through
materials provided or approved by Vision Investments.
Vision Investments has determined that it shall not support advertisement or promotional activities that have
the effect of diminishing or detracting from the perceived value of products.
These guidelines apply to our house brands – Pinnacle, Wolfgang, Pinnacle Black Label, Marine
31, SONAX, Speed Master, DP Detailing Products, Diamondite, Cobra and Blackfire. Pricing on
other wholesaled items is at the discretion of those manufacturers.
Vision Investments has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) as defined herein. The policy applies to
all Dealers of products who have executed the Dealer Application/Agreement.
The MAP policy shall work under the following guidelines:
• The most current MAP price shall be included on Vision price list.
• The MAP policy applies to all advertisements and promotional materials for products in any and all
media, including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines,
catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio and public signage.
• The inclusion in advertising of free or discounted products (made by Vision Investments) with a Product covered
by the MAP policy would be contrary if it has the effect of discounting the advertised price of the covered
Product below the MAP.
• Dealers remain free to sell Products at any price in excess of the MAP established for such Product.
• MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices. Dealers may offer Products at any price in excess
of the MAP established for such Products.
• Intentional and/or repeated failure to abide by this policy may, at PBMG’s discretion, result in
termination of the Dealership. Vision Investments does not intend to do business with Dealers who degrade the
image of PBMG and its products. Vision Investments will not provide prior notice or issue warnings before taking
any action under this policy.
